El edificio consolida un vacío urbano existente con gran potencialidad de conectividad. Es una plaza en el nivel de acceso, una superficie de encuentro.
La lectura física y digital en la superficie de encuentro, permite la conexión urbana entre las dos orillas del Támesis.
El edificio es un soporte para una red de equipamiento urbano y redes de wifi. Es un conjunto de servidores de datos, depósito y restauración de libros físicos.
Las actividades se distribuyen en un edificio invertido.

The building consolidates an existing urban void with great potential for connectivity. It´s a square on the access level, a meeting surface.
Physical and digital reading in the meeting surface, allows urban connection between the two sides of the Thames.
The building is a support for a network of urban infrastructure and wireless networks. It is a set of data servers, storage and restoration of physical books.
Activities are distributed in an inverted building.
